MAKS & partners is the result of a partnership between Architects, Engineers and Businessmen, where each partner, a leader in his field, has brought his creativity, experience and knowledge, to create an idyllic engineering consultancy firm, rising beyond all expectations.

 

For many years, MAKS and Partners has presented a creative approach to Architecture and Engineering. Our work reflects the determination of our employees to bring the most satisfaction to our clients and our culture reflects the commitments that our employees have practiced over the years.

 

Through out years of practice and experience, MAKS & Partners concepts have been driven by both, passion and distinction. It is not only buildings and cities that we create, but also a way of life. We believe that each structure engages with the tradition of its place and positively affects the well being of its surroundings. It is why we are sensitive to the culture and to the climate of each project location, and concerned with its physical context. The company’s head office is located in Dubai & it is structured in 6 main departments: Planning & Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Urbanism and Landscaping and Interior Design.

The head office is linked to all our branches around the world: Paris, Beirut, Canada, Iraq and Syria. We are involved in different kinds of projects: Public and private, Design, Consultancy, and Supervision.

 

We are committed to provide all necessary resources for each project, adjusting the in-house allocated workforce to match the type and the scale of the project managers  requirements. We are committed to provide for each  project, an independent team of Project Managers, Architects, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, IT Engineers, Landscape and Interior Designers, with all necessary office backup.

At your service

MAKS & PARTNERS  are  a multi-disciplined firm who  combine  Architectural Design with Engineering Visualization. When  creating functional design we believe that all elements need  to be harmonious and complimenting to one another, surrounding the core Structure Design we apply our Interior Design, Projects  Feasibility  Studies,  Project  Management and  Supervision  resources.

We have flourished into becoming a prominent Urban Planning firm, building communities and supportive infrastructure means a great deal more then connecting utilities, these channels will control the movement of people above the quality services which brought them there.

Our Construction, Quality Control and Quantity Surveillance departments monitor the invisible complex networks underneath and around the visible experience, as we put just as much attention whilst remaining efficient and sustainable to the Eco system of the area, under control by our in-house Environment department.

The Architecture department of MAKS & Partners is at the core of the firm, from here the visionary  design, studies of innovation and iconic landmarks can be brought to life through efficient management, detailed analysis of continuous tracking performance.

 

Creating inspirational structures which can be realized requires a lot more than design documents, working efficiently and progressively with the multiple firms needed to create most projects is how things get completed. MAKS & Partners has worked with many leading businesses to deliver the best result to our clientele. 

 

Our team is built up of middle eastern and western qualified staff who have solid expertise with international projects and accordingly the international codes and standards. MAKS & Partners understands that with the development of larger integrated projects come the requirements for creating a dedicated department that specializes in the engineering of the continuously evolving environmental issues. Sustainable practices and building methods can create an efficient construction site but once complete the project could remain true to these values. These include energy usage efficiency, intelligently designed water irrigation networks and temperature control systems. A complete environmental impact study is paramount to foreseeing the variable dynamics of your projects relation to the land and how best to formulate operations accordingly.

Infrastructure & Transportation:

 

The Middle East has seen an unprecedented wave of budding developments and businesses, with that comes the ever growing need for contact between people, commodities, communities, regions, countries and global economies. Transportation engineering has developed into a framework for the potential of a city at capacity.

Having our Headquarters in the heart of Dubai, MAKS & Partners have been amongst the rise of taller towers, the complexity of design and the challenges of greater use of buildings has engulfed the structural department engineers to be under close scrutiny in order to deliver state-of-the-art solutions and to enforce rigorous standards of quality and safety. A focus of resources for this department is shown as it needs to be able to seamlessly work with the design team, the client and according to regional and international codes. A key department which allows the ideas of the architects to be safe, functional, efficient and build them to last longer all whilst carrying heavier loads, allowing easier overall maintenance and adhering to international safety standards.

The combination of institutional tradition with state-of-the-art techniques and technology, using world class standard software, as well as custom developed software, ensures the client that the most appropriate structural solution in terms of cost and safety will be selected, taking into account all the particular conditions of the project.
