South Heights involved the design of 2 residential towers located on Al Badaa Street in Dubai. The towers will encompass 22 floors, offering a luxurious and contemporary living experience. The design aims to combine functionality, elegance, and sustainability, providing residents with a comfortable and sophisticated urban lifestyle.
Location and Context: The residential tower will be strategically situated on Al Badaa Street, a vibrant and sought-after location in Dubai. Its prime location offers convenient access to amenities, commercial centers, transportation networks, and recreational facilities, providing residents with a well-rounded living experience.
Amenities and Facilities: Residents of the tower will have access to a range of amenities and facilities designed to enhance their quality of life. The top of the podium will feature a landscaped area, providing a serene and green space for relaxation and social gatherings.
Additionally, a swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium will be incorporated, offering residents opportunities for exercise, wellness, and recreation. The amenities will be carefully integrated into the overall design, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all residents.
Sustainability and Green Design: The residential tower will prioritize sustainability by incorporating environmentally friendly features.
Energy-efficient systems, such as LED lighting and motion sensors, will be employed to minimize energy consumption. The landscaping on the top of the podium will utilize native plants and incorporate water-efficient irrigation systems.
